Terms and Conditions

1. Programming Fees Included.
Prices for transponder keys and remotes are inclusive of programming and cutting. The total purchase price INCLUDES the price for written programming instructions for items that are programmable by owner. An appointment with a mykeyroom service technician for guidance through the programming procedure is available within Lagos for free.

2. We charge a fixed service fee of N3,500 for jobs done at customers location.

3. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Remotes are not returnable. Neither do we offer refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

Transponder keys/Remote Keys are not returnable once cut and programmed. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE.

4. Liability.
Customer assumes all responsibility for any personal injury or damages to the vehicle associated with the operation or programming of the remote.

5. Shipping.
Unless otherwise requested, all packages will be sent via local delivery services for locations outisde Lagos with delivery confirmation. Average delivery times using this service range between 1 and 7 days. Where product is not in stock, please allow up to 4 weeks for back order delivery.

6. Disclosure.
We reserve the rights to turn down orders from customers who refuse to give full disclosure of contact details and convincing proof of ownership of vehicle(s) whose keys are to be duplicated or replaced.

7. Privacy.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

8. Sales
We shall ONLY sell, cut and programme transponder keys and keyless entry remotes to end users. We do not sell Blank keys to resellers.
